岗位要求：
1、3年左右以上开发经验，大专及以上学历，具备扎实的编程基础，熟练掌握Java编程语言;
2、熟悉Java Web开发相关技术，如Spring、Hibernate、MyBatis等框架，以及流程引擎等主流组件使用;
3、具备Java应用的逻辑设计能力，能够将业务需求转化为技术需求;
4、具备良好的数据库设计和优化能力，熟悉MySQL、Oracle等主流数据库;
5、有分布式系统、微服务架构、容器化技术等经验者优先;
6、熟悉Linux环境，熟悉SVN或git;
7、具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够快速融入团队并承担相应的工作任务。
