主导营销团队绩效方案实施、目标拆解（含销售指标/KPI）及过程跟踪，优化激励规则，识别业绩瓶颈并推动改进。
3.上下级的衔接及沟通
建立管理层到一线团队双向沟通机制，精准传递政策并反馈业务诉求（如资源调配、合规支持等）。
4.组织文化塑造
设计符合营销团队特质的文化落地项目（如销售冠军荣誉体系、跨区域经验复盘会），提升凝聚力与战斗力。
二、硬性要求
1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、行政管理、工商管理、心理学、法学或相关专业优先。
2. 3年以上HRBP或HR复合岗位经验，深耕医药/制药/生物技术/医疗器械等生命科学领域。
3. 必须具备营销团队支持经验，熟悉销售体系运作逻辑及业务语言。
