4、解决海量业务数据分布式处理、高效查询、数据一致性、准确性等方面带来的各种技术难题和挑战

职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，后端开发经验，以及分布式系统开发经验

2、具备分布式系统开发和设计相关的知识和经验，了解分布式系统相关中间件原理性知识

3、熟练掌握MySQL，熟悉数据库原理具备数据库调优经验，掌握MQ、Cache、NoSQL应用及原理

4、具备较强的业务理解及业务抽象能力，有效将业务问题转换对应系统问题的能力，并提供技术解决方案

5、具有良好的编程习惯，简洁清晰的代码风格，善于学习，具备独立分析和解决问题的能力，注重利用合理的设计模式和模块化的组织方式对代码进行架构

6、要求有激情、踏实、有责任心，具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，乐于解决具有挑战性的问题，较高的技术热情

7、具备独立系统架构设计经验者优先考虑；
