2.技术运维与安全体系：负责公司网络、服务器、终端等IT基础设施的稳定、安全运行，建立并完善IT运维服务体系与安全防护体系。推动智能运维（AIOps）实践，利用技术手段实现预警、诊断与处理的智能化，保障业务连续性。
3.团队与部门管理：负责流程与信息化部的日常管理、团队建设、人才培养与预算控制。制定部门工作计划，并确保有效执行。主导部门在AI、数据分析等新兴技术领域的知识积累与能力建设，规划并推动可行的数字化、智能化试点项目。
任职资格：
1.教育背景：大学本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息管理、软件工程或相关专业。具备制造业行业工作经验，熟悉生产、供应链、质量管理等核心业务流程。
2.知识技能：精通现代企业管理与业务流程分析与设计。具备扎实的计算机软硬件、网络及信息安全知识。熟悉数据分析、机器学习基础概念，了解AI技术在制造业场景（如预测性维护、视觉检测、智能排产）的应用潜力。掌握数据治理与数据资产管理的基本方法。
3.项目与团队经验：拥有5年以上企业中大型信息化项目（如ERP、MES）的完整实施与管理成功经验。具备3年以上流程与信息化团队管理经验，能够有效领导技术团队。具有业务流程智能化优化或AI相关技术应用项目的规划或管理经验者优先。
4.专业技能：精通用友U8 ERP系统的实施、运维、二次开发及核心业务逻辑，熟悉用友BIP平台或相关云产品者更佳。
5.综合素质：具备优秀的系统性思维、逻辑分析能力和创新意识。拥有出色的跨部门沟通协调能力、清晰的书面与口头表达能力。责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神与学习能力，对新技术有敏锐度和热情。
