岗位职责：
1、负责公司新产品包装设计及现有产品的包装升级梳理和优化、完稿制作等;
2、熟悉包装产品的工艺搭配和材料选择，确保产品效果。熟悉时下食品包装的流行表现形式，有快消品经验，食品类经验优先；
3、可根据产品定位准确把握设计方向，独立完成从创意到执行到落地全过程;
4,负责品牌VI的建设以及优化，品牌周边文创品，周边活动视觉以及线下活动等视觉设计；
5.负责品牌部门日常公众号海报，及时准确的掌握公司业务方向、品牌传播诉求;包括：商品描述美化、产品图片处理、促销活动页面，ppt美化等；
5、有手绘经验或3d经验优先，会智能AI优先，有摄影经验加分；
6、以及其他领导随时分配的任务
7、定期向上级负责人汇报工作进展；
8.具备独立设计能力以及带团队能力，沟通优秀，并指导其他同事提高设计水平等；
任职要求：
1、有食品类包装设计工作经验者可优先考虑。
2、精通并且能熟练使用ps、AI、3d等设计软件。（会c4d，AI,手绘更佳）
3、有较好的美术功底和优秀的创意、对色彩有深刻的把握，在淘宝视觉营销中具备丰富的想象力和良好的创造力；对图片处理和颜色调整有丰富的经验和独特的见解，图片处理速度快。
4、具备良好的团队管理能力和自学能力，责任心强。
5、具有独立思考和工作的素质，可以主动提出设计方案。、
6、要求随简历提供个人美工设计作品。
