岗位职责：
1. 负责进行新产品研发和现有产品改良，定期组织产品的跟踪、验证工作；
2. 负责进行旧工艺优化、不断降低生产成本，降低能耗；
3. 负责新产品上市的沟通、跟踪、调研等相关工作；
4. 负责根据市场和销售部反馈的产品情况，及时在工艺上进行改良，调整不理想因素，使产品适应市场需求，增加竞争力；
5. 配合销售部开展市场调研活动，了解消费者对产品明显的和潜在的需求；
6. 负责新产品和现有产品工艺的梳理和编制工作；
7. 负责做好各类产品的配方管理工作，档案管理要认真仔细，并监督工艺流程中的执行，并做好保密工作；
8. 负责将产品作业指导书下发给车间生产部，并能指导车间人员按照指导书要求精准操作；
9. 负责配合销售部、生产部，完成新产品和改良产品的成本核算；
10. 负责新产品和改良产品标签的审核工作；
11. 严格遵守研发室管理制度，熟悉行业生产工艺流程、设备技术资料，对生产工艺技术进行把关，当工艺参数不适合生产时，及时做出判断并进行调整、修改；
12. 完成领导布置的其他工作。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，熟练使用office办公软件；
2.熟悉食品工艺相关专业知识，熟悉食品行业国家法律法规要求；
3.熟悉工厂的生产流程、熟悉研发的指标和原辅材料指标；
4.敏锐的市场洞察力，有一定的产品信息分析判断能力和产品创新能力；
5.年龄30-45周岁；
6.熟悉牛羊肉类酱卤、预制菜、休闲食品研发工艺优先
