【岗位要求】
1、大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验3年以上。
2、熟悉酒店前厅的经营管理工作，具有较强的工作责任感和敬业精神。
3、督导前厅各分部员工服务质量标准、操作流程标准并对前厅部各项工作实施全面监管。
4、有效贯彻、落实并完成部门制订的每月工作计划。
5、英语对话流利，有较强的协调管理能力，具有一定的销售能力。
6、全面掌握前台收银方面的财务基础知识，能处理日常服务环节中所涉及到的财务方面的问题。
