4.熟练使用acle 和 MySQL，掌握索引优化、事务隔离、分库分表；
5.熟悉 Linux 基础操作，能独立完成服务部署、日志排查、性能监控（如Shell脚本、JVM诊断）；
6.熟悉分布式系统设计（如分布式锁、分布式事务、CAP理论）；
7.有消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ/RocketMQ），缓存（Redis）实战经验。
