职位描述
1. 负责生产相关自动化设备控制系统的研发和实施，负责已有自动化设备的升级改造。
2. 根据项目售前方案、设备清单、技术协议等资料信息编制电气技术方案，并组织内外审；
3. 根据项目电气方案、设计标准、机电设计功能需求等信息进行电气物料选型和设计下单；
4. 根据项目需要，辅助机械完成外采专项设备的电气技术交流、电气部分协议编制、审查、会签等；
5. 根据项目电气方案、设计标准、控制流程等信息进行电气硬件图纸设计；
6. 负责根据设备的各个组件的功能和控制接口要求开展控制系统的方案设计；
7. 项目客户验收要求和制造交付需求，完成电气设计相关图纸文档资料的编制更新交付；
任职要求：
1、电气、自动化、机械设计制造及其自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验，至少熟练使用其中一种主流PLC；西门子PLC（S7_300/400、S7_1200/1500）；
2、至少熟练使用其中一种主流HMI；Wincc、intouch、ifix；
3、熟悉常用的通信协议（Profibus DP 、Profinet、工业以太网、Socket 协议）；
4、熟悉西门子Sinamics(S120、G130、G150)系列变频器、ABB（ACS800、ACS880）变频器、施耐德系列变频器，至少熟悉其中一种；
5、能够独立进行电气元器件选型、电气图纸绘制，熟悉各类电机、气缸和传感器等部件的电气设计和调试；
6、熟练使用CAD、EPLAN其中一种软件进行电气图纸绘制；
7、熟悉钢铁行业工艺者优先；
8、具备良好的学习能力，自我驱动能力及沟通能力。
