1、负责公司核心业务系统（如ERP、OMS、TMS、WMS、BMS等）数据库的规划、设计、部署、监控、备份恢复、性能优化与安全管理。
2、负责数据库相关的技术选型、架构设计（逻辑与物理模型）、文档撰写，以及新系统/功能上线时的数据库支持。
3、负责数据库的日常运维、故障诊断与排除，保障数据库系统的高可用性、高性能与数据安全；负责各业务系统间数据接口的数据库层面支持与优化。
任职条件
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业，基础扎实。
2、精通 SQL Server 和 MySQL的管理、配置与优化，了解ElasticSearch、MongoDB 等非关系型数据库的基本原理与应用场景。
3、深入理解数据库原理，熟练掌握 SQL 语言，具备优秀的 SQL 性能调优能力（包括索引优化、执行计划分析、锁机制处理等）。
4、熟悉数据库高可用（如AlwaysOn, RAC, 主从复制）、容灾备份与恢复策略的设计与实施。
5、了解数据库安全机制，能制定并执行安全策略，进行权限管理和审计。
6、具备一定的脚本能力（如Shell, Python, PowerShell等）用于自动化运维任务。
7、熟悉 Linux/Unix 和 Windows 操作系统环境，了解基本的网络知识。
8、了解 RabbitMQ 等消息队列技术或其他中间件在数据库集成中的应用。
9、学习能力强，具备良好的问题分析与解决能力；工作细致负责，有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；能快速响应并处理生产环境数据库问题。
