职位描述：
1、负责自然语言处理 (NLP) 大模型的算法研究和开发；
2、根据业务场景需求设计微调方案、适配算法和调优工程方案；
3、深度参与大语言模型的模型训练、调优、系统评测和模型推理；
4、负责大语言模型应用，包括但不限于大模型与知识图谱结合方向、对话问答、信息提取、文本生成等场景，帮助团队达成目标效果和应用落地。
任职要求：
1、统招公办硕士及以上学历，计算机相关专业毕业，985，211，双一流学校优先；
2、有NLP算法研发工作经验，具备大模型的算法知识，熟悉常见的NLP算法和工具，如pytorch、transformers、bert等；
3、具备大模型训练经验，熟悉大模型预训练、微调等技术；
4、熟悉LlamaIndex、GraphRAG、LangChain、AutoGPT等AI Agent框架；
5、具备扎实的编码能力，熟悉Linux环境，熟悉Python/Java等语言；
6、熟悉智能对话、知识库、搜索引擎等工业级系统算法开发；
7、有neo4j、hugegraph、janusgraph等图数据库使用经验者优先；
8、有spark/hive/hadoop等大数据经验者优先；
有比赛参赛经验，在NLP或知识图谱领域发表过高质量论文及会议论文者优先。
