1、车载平台MCU开发，负责带领团队，完成MCU软件量产开发与维护工作。
包括：需求理解与分析、软件设计、编码、单体与结合测试、BUG对应、技术报告等。
2、负责MCU系统设计实施与落地，具备解决系统难题的能力。
3、熟知IVI产品的电源管理与通信原理，具备System、Power、CAN、LIN、SPI、LVDS、Sensor等模块开发经验。
4、掌握主流车载芯片的开发，如Renesas，Infineon，Cypress等。
5、具备AutoSAR开发能力。
岗位要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业。
2、有5年以上的车载MCU开发经验，精通C语言、熟悉C++。
3、熟悉对日车载软件开发流程，熟悉业界软件开发流程，如CMMI、ASPICE等。
4、责任心强，良好的团队精神、沟通与协调能力、抗压能力，解决问题能力。
5、具备信息安全、网络安全、功能安全（ASIL-B及以上）开发经验者优先录用。
6、具备英语读写能力；日语N2以上者优先录用。
