岗位职责
1. 负责公司非标自动化装备核心零部件的CNC数控编程、工艺规划及加工参数优化，确保关键结构件的加工精度与一致性；
2. 独立完成CNC加工中心及数控车床的程序编制、首件调试及量产验证，保障生产节拍与交付进度；
3. 针对零部件的结构特点，分析加工工艺合理性，主动提出工艺改进建议，推动加工效率持续提升；
4. 负责设备日常运行监控、预防性维护与保养，及时处理加工异常，降低设备故障率；
5. 与机械设计、装配工程师紧密协作，从加工端提供前置技术支持；
6. 完成部门安排的装配协助及其他技术支持工作。
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，机械制造、数控技术、机电一体化等相关专业；
2. 3年以上CNC数控编程与操作经验，有非标零部件或精密机械零件加工背景优先；
3. 精通FANUC操作系统，熟练使用至少一种CAM编程软件独立完成三轴及以上编程；
4. 扎实掌握金属切削原理、公差配合及各类材料（铸铁、铝合金、不锈钢等）加工工艺；
5. 具备较强的图纸识读能力，能独立读懂机械装配图及零件工程图；
6. 严谨细致：对尺寸精度、表面质量有高度敏感性，不放过任何加工细节；
7. 主动担当：能独立推进加工任务，面对复杂工件不回避，主动找方法；
8. 良好协作：能与设计、装配团队顺畅沟通，理解下游工序需求。
