岗位职责
•了解国内外医药相关政策，对政策进行整理及初步分析
•及时掌握国内外在研的新药进展情况，根据公司战略方向对产品进行系统评估，筛选，推荐符合公司战略需求的项目；
•从技术、注册、市场潜力、竞争情况、产品价值等角度进行评估和筛选，充分做好项目的市场调研与可行性论证，初步立项后进行项目方案和商务合同的策划、撰写、审核、执行，并参与商务谈判；
•挖掘 CRO、重点客户及其他行业内上下游的合作机会、建立合作关系；项目正式合作后，根据合作计划及实施方案，参与实施，直至项目落地；
参与集团、产业公司和研究院其他相关项目。
任职要求
•硕士以上学历, 医学相关专业，3-5 年医药相关工作经验，2年以上BD、新产品立项等相关经验，在医药行业有长期跟踪及多条产品线管理经验（如果参与项目完整性好，可适当缩短工作经验年限）；
•熟悉国际/国内新药市场及相关新药的研制进展，具备强烈的国际/国内市场新药机会的敏感度；
•熟悉新药研制、申报流程及国家有关法律法规及政策；
•出色的人际沟通能力，具有与国际/国内权威的新药研制机构良好的业务关系；
•优秀英文听说读写能力；
•较强的逻辑思维能力和执行能力，协调、分析和解决问题的能力俱佳，优秀的应急预案管理能力，具备团队协助精神具有高度的责任心；
博士学历优先。
