Main Responsibilities：
61 Support to promote FOX2.0 Concept & TPM culture together with responsible functions. Through collects ideas/workshop opportunities fcontinuous improvement, assuring the achievement of excellent operation results in terms of SQCDME.
61 Assist SSP Manager developing FOX2.0 tools Facilitators/Experts promoting usage of FOX2.0 tools (5S, AM, PM, KK, SMED...).
61 Responsible fdaily operation of MiCo ideas by regular evaluation of MiCo idea quality, continuous monitoring of MiCo idea trust curve, regularly summery sharing of common MiCo approaches to secure the sustainable implementation of MiCo activities.
61 Lead FOX 2.0 SMART Factory related group local projects with identified project governance to secure the progress of initiation, deployment, execution, closure.
61 Promote the “SMART Factory” concept to all functions by introducing group SMART Factory roadmap, purpose, model, digital tools.
61 Work with group SMART Factory program team user departments to prepare, deploy, activate SMART Factory digital tools.
Who we are looking for
61 Master’s degree in Engineering (pref. top score)
61 Fluency in English
61 The knowledge of Italian is a plus
61 Max. 12 months after university graduation
61 practical work experience (e.g., internships voluntary activities) would be a plus
61 To pursue an international career in “Operations”
61 Curiosity, openness intercultural competence (with international mobility)
61 Previous international experience is a plus
61 Committed, logical process-oriented work approach
61 Strong user skills in MS Office
