任职资格：
1、年龄32-45岁，本科及以上学历，具有5年同岗位工作经验，两年以上项目管理或团队管理经验；
2、有较强的成本意识；
3、熟悉相关产品的国家标准、行业标准、熟悉包装行业材料的特性要求；
4、熟悉ISO9000、14000、等体系，具备本部门程序文件的编制和实施；
5、了解、掌握《合同法》、《劳动法》等相关法律法规。
