【岗位职责】
1.战略协同与规划落地：深度理解集团整体战略及部门发展目标与策略，牵头制定与业务匹配的人力资源规划，包括组织架构优化、人才储备、团队能力提升等方案，并推动落地执行；
2.组织效能提升：分析业务部门组织架构合理性与团队协作效率，提出优化方案提升组织人效；
3.人才全周期管理支持：主导业务部门核心人才的选育用留全流程，结合业务需求制定精准的招聘标准，参与关键岗位面试评估，设计针对性的员工培养计划；
4.建立业务部门人才盘点机制：定期识别高潜力人才，制定人才发展路径，针对核心人才流失风险制定保留策略；
5.绩效与激励体系落地：结合集团增量绩效管理模式与业务部门特点，优化绩效管理机制，确保有效驱动业务目标达成；
6.文化建设与团队能量管理：推动公司核心价值观在业务部门的落地，提升员工归属感与团队凝聚力，改善员工工作体验与敬业度。
7.人力资源风险管控：负责业务部门劳动用工合规管理，规避劳动纠纷风险，识别人力资源管理潜在风险，制定应对预案并推动解决。

【任职资格】
1.学历背景：统招本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学等相关专业优先。
2.工作经验：5 年以上人力资源相关工作经验，其中至少 3 年 HRBP 岗位经验，有中大型互联网企业经验者（研发团队、销售团队）；具备跨部门、跨区域 HRBP 工作经验者优先。
3.核心能力要求：业务洞察能力、数据分析能力、沟通协调能力、创新应变能力、专业能力。
4.核心素质：业务思维、结果导向、人际敏锐、抗压能力、保密合规意识。
