职责
1.制定集团矿业领域AI信息化中长期战略，对齐业务发展目标，重点规划智能矿山数据架构、AI模型应用路线图及数字化转型实施方案，推动信息技术与地质勘探、采矿选矿、冶炼加工等核心业务深度融合。
2.牵头跨部门梳理生产、运营、管理全环节数据需求，设计全链路的信息采集架构；建立统一数据治理框架，制定数据标准。
3.主导AI技术在矿业场景的创新应用，推动数据反馈至生产管理决策闭环。
4.对接外部技术供应商（AI算法、大数据平台、物联网设备等），确保技术解决方案的性价比与落地效果，跟踪矿业数字化前沿技术（如数字孪生、边缘计算）。
5.联动生产、运营、安全、财务等部门，明确数据赋能业务场景的优先级，组织全员数据素养培训，提升各部门数据应用能力。
6.负责集团级AI信息化项目的全生命周期管理。
要求
1.计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业硕士及以上学历，具备AI、大数据方向深造或培训经历者优先。
2.10年以上大型企业IT管理经验，其中5年以上AI/大数据领域高管经历；大厂AI经验优先，有过生产制造、矿业、冶金等重工业AI数字化转型项目操盘经验，主导过至少1个亿元级智能工厂/矿山项目落地者优先。
3.具备战略规划与业务洞察力，擅长推动复杂技术项目落地；强风险意识与问题解决能力，能应对多源数据采集、系统兼容等技术挑战。
4.精通AI算法、大数据平台（Hadoop/Spark）及物联网数据采集技术；熟悉数据治理方法论与企业级数据湖架构设计；了解矿业行业加分。
