Position Description
The successful candidate will work as an ERP expert, become a part of our team of experts responsible fthe end-to-end system implementation and/support of the ERP Functions. This position has the option to be based in Xiamen, fperforming business analysis implementing mission-critical enterprise solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery.
What Youll Do
1. Report to the IT Project Lead to assist in the planning, executing, delivering projects, ensuring they meet defined objectives, timelines, budgets, quality standards.
2..Coordinate project resources, schedules, stakeholders, maintaining clear communication transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Identify mitigate potential risks issues while recommending implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency effectiveness.
4. Develop maintain comprehensive business process documentation, including workflows, use cases, requirements.
5. Communicate clear requirements functional specifications with group regional teams, identifying areas fprocess design improvement.
6..Collaborate with business IT teams to drive deliverables, including preparing test plans, test data, system documentation, while providing UAT cutover support.
7..Monitreport on solution performance, identifying opportunities foptimization enhancement where necessary.
8..Provide Tier 2 system support fenterprise applications, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with IT teams to resolve them effectively.
What Youll Need
1..Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MRO related disciplines, with proven technical background in ERP.
2..Experience in all aspects of ERP implementation including requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing, training deployment activities
3..Experience on working with clients on requirements business process definition, Software Development/Systems Integration Application Support
4..Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 5 years of ERP solution delivery experience in enterprise-scale system integration projects, packaged solutions, in-house development, preferably within cross-functional environments sizableganizations.
5..Proven experience in the end-to-end system development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance.
6..The candidate will need proven experience knowledge in Planning, Production, Technical Services modules..
7..Certification in ERP is a plus .
