工作职责：
1. 参与机器人控制器底层软件平台的设计与编码，重点是多核异构环境构建、资源管理和系统优化及多核通信同步，虚拟化等相关功能的开发和调试。
2. 进行嵌入式系统移植、内核配置与驱动开发。
3. 开展驱控一体、视控一体等集成化控制器方案的软件实现，支持运动控制、视觉处理、实时算法加速等功能的协同运行。
4. 编写各类技术文档，包括软件需求规格说明、概要设计、详细设计、测试模块用例等
5. 解决产品在现场应用中的技术问题，提供底层软件层的故障诊断与性能优化方案。
6. 配合硬件团队进行系统联调，支持控制器量产前后的稳定性验证与迭代

任职要求：
1. 学历专业：计算机、自动化、电子工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 工作经验：5年以上嵌入式软件开发经验，有工业机器人、数控系统或伺服驱动器开发经验者优先
3. 知识技能：
（1）熟悉嵌入式Linux开发环境，掌握ARM架构内核机制（如系统调用、进程管理、内存管理)
（2）精通Linux内核配置、裁剪与编译流程，具备实时性优化经验（如PREEMPT_RT补丁)
（3）有丰富的Linux环境开发经验，有ARM多核或DSP+ARM异构平台开发经验者优先
（4）了解实时系统（如VxWorks、RTX）或机器人软件框架（ROS/ROS2、NVIDIA Isaac）
（5）有硬件虚拟化，虚拟PLC，Docker，K8s方面等经验者优先
（6）熟练使用各类调试工具(oprofile, perf, gdb,valgrind等)，有解决重大性能问题经验
4. 职业素养：
（1）具备高度的工作责任心，高效的执行力，富有工作激情，能承担较强的工作压力；
（2）具备良好的团队合作意识和沟通协调能力；
（3）具备创新意识，善于将创新观点转化为具体行动，创新有效转化为成果；
