4、收集市场及竞争对手动态，分析行业趋势，为公司产品优化和市场策略调整提供决策建议。
任职要求：
1、学历本科及以上，人力资源、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先。
2、具备3年以上人力资源领域（如猎头、RPO、HRBP）或B2B销售/商务拓展工作经验。对有成功BD经验的优先。
