任职要求：
1、基础能力：计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的计算机基础（数据结构、算法、网络、操作系统）。
2、技术栈要求：精通 Python，熟悉 Python 3，深刻理解其高级特性、设计模式及常见性能问题。
3、熟练使用至少一种主流 Python Web框架（如 Django / Flask / FastAPI），并了解其核心原理。
4、熟悉 MySQL/PostgreSQL 等关系型数据库，具备优秀的 SQL 编写和优化能力。
5、熟悉 Redis、Memcached 等至少一种非关系型数据库或缓存中间件。
6、了解 Linux 开发环境，掌握 Git 代码管理工具及团队协作流程。
7、经验要求：拥有2年以上Python后端开发经验，有完整的项目开发、上线及运维经验。
