3、新项目各阶段试产质量问题的汇总提报，试产总结的参与，试产改善措施的跟进及验证；
4、新项目产品质量检验、可靠性验证的受理与执行；
5、产品SIP的制定和维护，包括：成品检验规范、QC工程图、制程质量管控计划、外观检验标准等；
6、负责日常对质量检验相关人员进行培训，提升质量检验的执行和识别；
7、客户客诉、客退、客验质量异常的处理；
8、对产品实现过程中制程、出货质量管控的监督和现场审核；
9、产品实现过程客户需求的质量数据报告的分析统计和提供；
10、上级交办的所属职责范围内日常事务处理和其他事项。
招聘要求：
1、大专或以上学历，电子相关专业；
2、3年以上相关QE工作经验；
3、1年以上相关项目管理工作经验；
4、熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系的各管理标准和作业流程；
5、熟悉品质管理手法(QC七大手法、8D、质量五大工具等)；
6、熟悉产品品质要求及工作原理、生产工艺流程；
7、熟练操作电脑办公软件；
8、具有问题分析的方法、思维。
