Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive detail-oriented International Business Specialist to join our game business team.
This role will serve as the primary communication bridge between our internal project team overseas developers, assisting in coordinating executing project requirements to ensure smooth timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
1、Act as the main liaison between the project team overseas game developers, maintaining efficient communication collaboration;
2、Assist the project team in conveying, following up, implementing development requirements version plans;
3、Coordinate project schedules, track milestones, facilitate timely resolution of issues;
4、Participate in project-related meetings, business communications, documentation;
5、Support processes related to game localization, compliance review, launch preparation;
6、Maintain long-term positive relationships with developers external partners;
7、Provide support foverseas marketing publishing tasks when needed.

Qualifications
1、Bachelor’s degree above, preferably in International Business, English, Game Design, related fields;
2、Excellent written verbal communication skills in both Chinese English;
3、Experience in game publishing, international project management, developer relations is a plus;
4、Strong coordination, execution, time management skills;
5、Familiarity with the gaming industry, development processes, international collaboration models preferred;
6、Passionate about gaming interested in cross-cultural communication global projects.
