岗位职责：
1、负责EHS（环境、职业健康安全）管理体系建设和维护，组织参与公司EHS内审、第三方外审，管理评审策划和落实；
2、厂区的日常环境安全巡检/档案变更管理/项目推动及改善。督促、监督、指导各部门的安全工作，采取有效纠正和预防措施，降低安全风险；
3、参与特种设备、环保设备、安全设施的监管，以及特种设备年检和档案管理；
4、负责公司安全教育培训工作，提高全员安全意识。
5、负责公司与环境/安全/职业卫生相关部门和机构的对外联络，确保公司生产活动的合规性；
6、参与安全生产检查监督及隐患整改工作，工伤统计分析报告；
7、参与安全生产制度和应急预案的撰写，参与组织安全学习、事故演练；
8、参与工厂职业病管理相关工作；
9、上级交待的其他EHS管理相关工作。
任职要求：
1、安全、工程、机械、电气等工科相关专业，本科以上学历；
2、3年以上生产型企业安环工作经验；
3、熟悉安全标准化管理体系；
3、掌握日常办公软件的使用；
4、持有国家注册安全员证书、职业卫生管理员证书；
5、善于记录总结问题，提出具体改进措施，并跟踪改进措施的执行进度与结果；
6、良好的内外部沟通协调能力，团队合作意识，工作积极主动；
7、较强的心理素质、危机处理能力、沟通能力、执行力；
8、基本英文读写能力优先；
9、严格的自律能力，主观能动性强，能适应正常加班。
