3.部门统筹：统筹 pmc 部门（采购、仓储、计划），定目标分分工；协调内外部资源，解决跨模块问题，保障供应链顺畅。
4.数据与团队：建成本、采购、仓储数据体系，输出分析报告；搭人才梯队，定培训与考核标准，提升团队效率。
岗位要求：
1.学历经验：大专及以上，物流/ 电子/ 机械相关专业优先；5年 + 制造业 pmc 经验，5 年 + 采购降本与仓储管理复合经验，机械 / 汽车零部件 / 电子行业优先。
2.专业能力：精通采购成本核算与降本，有实战案例；熟练仓储优化、库存管控及 wms/erp 操作；熟悉生产计划与物料控制。
3.管理能力：具备部门统筹与多模块协调能力；数据分析与问题解决能力强，抗压性高。
4.职业素养：廉洁自律，成本意识强；沟通高效，工作严谨，有组织规划与决策能力。
