职责Tasks:
1. Project planning WBS follow up update, using Visible Planning
用 Visible Planning进行项目计划，WBS跟踪及更新
2. Regular project follow-up meeting, to follow up Open issues (lead the cross team to solve all technical issues, quality issues, capacity issues)
定期项目会议，跟进未完成事务(带领团队解决所有技术，质量，产能问题)
3. Regular project follow-up meeting with customer, Check follow up all the request from customer
定期与客户的项目会议，确认跟进他们的要求
4. Lead the cross team finternal Trial run external R@R with customer
带领团队实施内部试生产，及和客户一起做节拍生产
5. Lead the cross team fall the sample deliveries(M1, VP, HB, TT, PP, etc) to customer sister company, ensure the Quality keep the tracking traceability
带领团队完成客户的各个交样节点(M1, VP, HB, TT, PP, etc)，及兄弟公司对比交样，保证质量和追溯性
6. maintain the BOM request fscalar item creation
创建并维护BOM，并及时提出要求创建在scalar系统
任职要求：
1. Bacheldegree above in mechanical material
本科及以上学历，机械或材料相关专业
2 years above project management experience in automotive industry
2年以上汽车行业项目管理经验
3. Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.(AutoCAD will be perfect)
熟悉CAD/CAM软件
4.Capacity to manage the project to communicate in English
能独立负责项目并用英语交流
