Tasks职责：
1. Be in charge of getting the input data from the customers with support of sales engineers.
负责和销售工程师合作取得客户的设计计算输入。
2. Communicate with the customers to clarify the requirements to make sure the reliability of design.
及时与客户沟通，核实应用，设计的相关信息，确保设计的可靠性。
3. To specify the belt transmission system according the calculation, FEA.
根据客户的输入信息，进行皮带驱动系统的选型，计算以及仿真。
4. In charge of the drawings making release.
负责技术图纸的绘制和发放。
5. As the technical window, to perform regular customer visiting, hold join the technical, project quality review meeting
作为技术应用窗口，定期拜访客户。并协助参与客户端项目前期的技术，项目和质量会议。
6. Join the regular project review meeting to support to solve the technical issues in time.
定期参与项目会议，并及时解决相关问题确保项目及时的完成。
7. To perform the belt system measurements on the test bench, vihicle...
进行皮带驱动系统的相关测试（台架测试，整车测试等）
8.Other tasks assigned by supervisor
上级安排的其它任务。

Requirements 要求：
1. Bacheldegree above in mechanical material
本科及以上学历，机械或材料相关专业
2. 3 to 5 years in belt field, internal combustion engine knowledge is a plus
须具有3到5年皮带驱动行业经验，了解发动机相关知识
3. 1. 熟悉AutoCAD / CATIA etc.., 具备IATF16949和ISO9001的相关知识, 具备良好的OEM客户沟通能力，具备团队精神, 具备短期出差能力
Be familiar with AutoCAD/CATIA etc..., Knowledge of IATF16949 ISO9001., Good commutation skill with OE customers, teamwork sprit. Can manage to travel very often.
4. Good in English, Skill to use office
