岗位职责：
1.负责持续优化已有框架，提升系统性能和稳定性，提升业务可扩展性；
2.参与制定、调整、完善现有产品开发及新功能的需求分析（RP）及功能设计；
3.负责核心代码开发、测试相关设计文档编写工作；
4.负责跟踪产品发布过程和系统产品技术支持；与测试及运维组协作实现产品上线，并监控产品服务，及时处理线上问题。
5.负责执行部/室工作计划和安排，执行公司管理标准、技术标准和信息化管理；
6.完成领导交办的工作。
任职要求：
1.具有本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程等相关专业，5年以上java开发经验，一年以上系统架构经验；
2.java基础扎实（Java并发、I0/NI0、JVM、内存模型、泛型、异常、反射、servlet及http协议有深入的了解）；
3.对常用Java框架如spring、spring-boot、spring-cloud、maven、mybatis、redis、shiro等有较深入的经验；
4.至少有一个微服务项目的架构经验，精通高并发、高可用、分布式架构实战经验；
5.熟悉常用的web解决方案，如;分布式缓存、SOA、全文检索、消息中间件、负载均衡、连接池、nosql、服务化、微服务、网站安全、网络安全、服务器安全等；
6.熟悉HTTP、TCP/IP、MODBUS、CAN总线通讯协议等常用接口协议的开发运用；
7.熟悉Linux操作系统，熟悉微服务自动化部署和集成，服务器性能调优和故障处理，及对容器化相关技术有深入了解，熟悉容器技术和Docker的生态体系。
8.具备良好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神、责任感及进取精神。
