岗位定位:
全面负责抖音/快手/视频号等核心内容电商平台的达人合作运营，构建高效的达人种草与销售转化矩阵，实现品牌声量、用户心智与生意增长的三重目标。
核心职责:
1、根据品牌营销节奏与产品上市计划，制定季度/月度达人合作策略及预算分配，统筹管理经销商商务团队执行。
2、主导达人直播/达人短视频商务谈判，明确合作模式(纯佣、坑位费+佣金、内容合作等)，把控合作成本与ROI预期，签订并管理合作协议。
3、深度参与合作内容(短视频、直播)的脚本构思与审核，实现高质量“种草”。
4、监控达人合作项目数据，进行多维度的效果分析与复盘。持续优化达人筛选标准、合作策略及内容方向，沉淀方法论，提升整体合作效率与产出。
任职要求：
1、拥有3年以上短视频/直播平台达人商务拓展或MCN机构相关经验，具备丰富且有效的达人资源网络。
2、熟悉达人合作的各种模式、流程与成本结构，具备敏锐的“网感"和内容判断力。
3、具备出色的商务谈判、沟通协调与项目管理能力，能同时推进多个合作项目。
