2、CAE 二次开发：负责仿真工具、流程、模板的二次开发，实现仿真自动化、标准化与效率提升。
3、仿真参数标定：对仿真涉及的材料参数、载荷、边界条件，设计测试方案与平台，协助验证团队完成测量，完成仿真参数标定。
4、技术标准制定：通过 8D 分析，关键影响因素验证，识别关键参数及其范围，形成泛用性技术方案及其执行标准。
5、业务流程搭建：主导沟通相关业务单位，打通新仿真技术业务流程。
6、业务失效分析及仿真失效分析。
7、领导安排的仿真涉及相关其他业务工作。
任职要求：
1、学历：硕士及以上学历
2、专业：工程力学、车辆工程、复合材料与工程、机械设计等。
3、3年及以上仿真工作经验，具备 CAE 二次开发独立项目经验；具有 1 年以上光学结构设计经验优先。
4、熟练使用 Hyperworks、Abaqus、LS-Dyna、Icepak 中 1~2 款仿真软件；熟练使用 1 款 3D 建模软件，如 UG、Proe 等；具有 CAD 工程图出图能力优先。
5、掌握 CAE 二次开发技能（如 Python、TCL、ABQUS 脚本、Hyperworks API 等）优先。
6、具有独立失效分析能力，熟悉 8D 分析；具备完整结构仿真、优化、验证完整流程经验。
