岗位职责
1. 负责内部系统功能模块的二次开发，基于Java UI框架完成用户界面和报表开发
2. 对接外部系统，设计标准化接口，保障数据交互的实时性与准确性。
3. 使用Oracle数据库完成SQL编写、存储过程开发，优化查询性能。
4. 提供系统部署、运维及故障排查支持，编写技术文档（接口文档、操作手册）。

二、任职要求
1. 核心技能
o Java开发：精通Spring Boot、MyBatis等框架，2年以上Java开发经验，具备前端开发经验。
o 前端开发：熟练使用HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript，掌握Vue/React至少一种框架，具备UI交互设计能力。
o 数据库：精通Oracle数据库开发，熟练编写SQL、存储过程及性能调优。能独立编写复杂存储过程及优化SQL性能，熟悉索引、事务、锁机制。
o 系统集成：熟悉RESTful API设计，有ERP/MES/APS系统对接经验者优先。
2. 加分项
熟练 Python开发，熟悉LangChain/PyTorch框架，有RAG或模型训练经验。
3. 软性能力
o 逻辑清晰，具备复杂问题分析与解决能力，能独立完成模块开发与调试。
