岗位职责：
1. 负责基于红外图像和视频的智能算法研究、开发、优化与落地；
2. 负责气体气体识别、定量相关算法的开发；
3. 设计并实现算法解决实际业务问题，包括但不限于目标检测、缺陷识别、实例分割、图像超分、去噪以及多源图像融合等:
跟踪*新的AI前沿技术，探索如何将*新的算法与技术应用于实际业务，解决客户实际需求
岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验，优秀应届研究生亦可；
2.熟练 Python， C++等语言，熟悉Linux开发环境；
3.熟悉pytorch、tensorflow 框架，能够根据具体要求训练部署图像分类，目标检测，图像分割，图像超分，关键点检测等模型；
4.具备模型设计优化能力，熟悉基础的量化、蒸馏、剪枝等轻量化技术，能够基于onnx, rknn, ncnn, snpe, cann等框架部署端侧模型；
5.熟练使用 Opencv 视觉库, 了解图像增强、滤波、形态学处理等方法；
6.熟练掌握transformer结构，熟悉当前主流的多模态模型；
