● 维护EHS系统符合内部和外部要求，例如ISO45001/ISO14001/ISO50001/安全生产标准化/EATON MESH。
● 组织和部署现场 EHS 活动。与跨职能团队合作，推动现场 EHS 文化的改进。
● 持续识别、评估EHS风险，制定行动计划，推动跨职能团队和要素倡导者按时完成行动计划，降低/消除EHS风险
● EHS培训部署。鼓励员工参与EHS活动。
● 调查事件，确定根本原因并跟踪纠正措施计划。
● 识别并收集影响我们业务的新法规，制定程序以确保合规性。
● 可能对环境、员工或社区产生不利影响的紧急情况响应计划。
● 配合组织体检，维护职业健康监测档案。
● 定期记录、分析并向 Site & Corp EHS 报告 EHS 绩效。
● 部署并跟进Site & Corp EHS分配的特殊项目。

任职需求：

● 环境/安全工程/机械/电气自动化相关专业本科学历。
● 2年以上EHS工作经验。
● 出色的沟通、人际交往和组织能力，较强的培训/指导能力。
● 良好的英语口语和书面语，MS Office。
