Your Responsibilities
• Secure supply continuity inventory optimization through effective demplanning, capacity management, risk mitigation strategies to support business growth customer commitments.
• Lead sourcing strategy development supplier selection activities through market intelligence, benchmarking, supplier development, cross-functional collaboration to ensure a competitive resilient supply base.
• Drive cost competitiveness through commercial negotiations, value engineering, alternative source development, supply market insights.
• Lead procurement projects supply chain improvement initiatives by managing risks, stakeholder expectations, supplier compliance, operational challenges,ganizational development to achieve sustainable business results.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, supplier performance, supply chain efficiency.
• Prepare present sourcing, supplier, cost, risk management updates to management key stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, project leadership capabilities to deliver measurable business results.
Your Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement supply chain management.
• Good understanding of the PCB industry its supply chain dynamics.
• Experience in procurement project management is preferred.
• Fluent in both written spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP (MM module), Ariba, AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) will be preferable
• Teamwork player good communication skills;
• Strong presentation, influence, negotiation skills, with the ability to drive alignment decision-making.
