岗位职责
1、负责施工现场的安全监督与检查，确保各项安全规范得到执行；
2、组织安全教育培训，提高施工人员的安全意识与技能；

任职要求
1、熟悉《安全生产法》《生产安全事故报告和调查处理条例》等核心法规，明确企业主体责任、从业人员权利义务、事故报告流程及处罚标准；
2、熟悉《电网公司电力安全工作规程》（安规），包括设备停电、验电、接地、安全距离；
3、高压设备操作等强制性技术条款；
4、掌握地方应急管理部门对安全员培训、考核及证书管理的细则；
5、独立编制安全周报/月报、事故分析报告，熟练使用Office、CAD等软；
6、有专职安全员证书，具有在供电局三产及大型国企工作的经验的优先考虑；
7、能接受出差。
