岗位职责
1、负责公司质量管理体系（QMS）的建立、维护与持续优化，确保符合国内外法规要求；
2、组织并参与国内外官方审计及客户审计的迎检工作，跟踪审计发现项的整改与关闭；
3、负责质量相关英文体系文件的审核、编制及更新，确保文件的合规性与准确性；
4、推动质量信息化系统（如QMS、DMS等）的建设与落地实施，提升质量管理数字化水平；
5、主导或参与产品全生命周期质量管理工作，包括偏差、变更、CAPA、验证等模块的统筹与协调。
任职要求
1、硬性要求：具备化药或无菌制剂领域背景，有实际参与国际化审计/检查的经历（原企业接受过国外官方审计或检查，非仅国内GMP审计）；
2、英语能力：具备良好的英文书面阅读与理解能力，能够独立处理英文体系文件；
3、信息化经验：有QMS、DMS等质量信息化管理系统实施或使用经验者优先（公司正推进相关系统建设）；
4、产品经验：有1-2个产品全流程经验者优先，接受项目参与经历；
5、综合素质：熟悉GMP法规体系，具备较强的跨部门沟通协调能力及质量风险意识。
