PrimaryResponsibilities/Activities:1.ResponsibleforidentifyingtargetopportunitiesinAutomotiveIndustrythatusehighengineeredelectricconnectorseals,insulatorsealsandotherindustrysealingcomponentsthendrivingandmanagingthoseopportunities,includesprovidingdirectcustomersalesandtechnicalsupport.2.Responsibleforcommunicatingandreportingopportunities,activities,itineraries,andprogramdevelopmentstosalesmanagementincludingallfieldinformationconcerningmarkets,applications,customersandcompetitors.3.Developadatabaseofqualifiedleadsandcustomersthroughreferrals,telephonecanvassingandcoldcalling,facetofacevisits,email,networking,andtradeshows4.EstablishcontactswithinautomotiveOEM&Tire1engineeringgroupsatdesignlevelinordertopromotetheuseofQSRproductearlyinthedevelopmentphaseofnewprograms.EnsuretheflowofinformationbetweentechnicalsupportinoverseaorChinaplantandthecustomers5.ProvideupdatedforecastinginformationforassignedQSRcustomersinChinabycustomerandproduct.6.Demonstratetheabilitytocarryonbusinesscommunicationwithbothengineeringandpurchasingpeopleandalllevelswithinthecompany.7.Assistinthecoordinationandsettingupofthepossibletradeshowswithintheterritory.8.WorkcloselywiththeplantinChinatofacilitatecustomervisitsandquestionsconcerningthebusinessRequiredExperience/Knowledge:•Minimum6yearsworkingexperiencewith3yearsinautomotiveIndustryrelated•Technicalknowledgeofsiliconeelastomers,successfulsalesorengineeringbackgroundsinautomotiverubbersealingandcomponents•Strongtechnical,analytical,andproblemsolvingskills,understandtheproductdevelopmentprocess,APQPandPPAPstandards.RequiredSkillsandAbilities:•Strongcommunicationskills(Oral&Written&Presentation)•Strongcomputerskills(Communication,Presentation,andReporting)•Excellentorganizational/multi-taskingskills•Highlevelofcustomerfocusandself-initiative•Self-managed(capableofworkingfromremotelocationwithlimitedsupervision)•Strongrelationshipskills/teamplayer(Internal&external)•FrequenttravelRequired(around50%,utilizingeffectivetravelpractices)
