-主导金融行业机器学习、深度学习算法产品和解决方案的研发
-主导与合作企业的联合建模项目，运用机器学习、深度学习等技术解决在营销、风控或运营等领域的实际问题，完成项目实施和交付
-参与机器学习、深度学习系统平台的算法研发或工程化实现
-跟踪AI前沿算法，持续对各类机器学习、深度学习算法进行复现、优化和创新
任职要求：
-数学/统计、机器学习/人工智能、计算机等相关专业背景
-熟悉机器学习理论和算法，2年以上基于大数据的机器学习算法、深度学习相关项目经验；有计算机视觉、自然语言处理、强化学习研究或数学建模竞赛经历者优先
-了解hadoop分布式大数据计算框架；熟悉spark、tensorflow、pytorch相关平台框架，有源码研究或项目经验者优先；
-至少熟练掌握Python/Scala编程语言中的一种，编码能力较强
-有金融行业学历教育或从业背景者优先，有金融项目经历者优先(不做强制要求)
-主动性强、学习能力强，易沟通，团队合作精神佳
