What You Will Gain Achieve:
61 Business Insight & Requirement Analysis: Deep dive supply chain related business processes to identify AI empowerment opportunities, deliver high-quality requirement specifications, foster effective collaboration between business IT.
61 AI Solution Design: Leverage cutting-edge AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision to design innovative business solutions.
61 End-to-End Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional resources, define roles timelines, oversee development, testing, deployment, resolve project challenges to ensure timely high-quality delivery.
61 Value Tracking & Continuous Optimization: Establish monitoring metrics post-launch, analyze performance regularly, identify areas fimprovement, drive continuous value realization from AI initiatives.
61 Knowledge Sharing & Team Enablement: Promote AI literacy among business teams, foster deep integration of technology business, document best practices to enhanceganizational AI capabilities.
What We Are Looking For:
61 Bachelor’s degree above in any discipline (Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, etc. preferred).
61 Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis product-related roles, with at least 1 year in AI-related business analysis (e.g., requirement analysis, solution design, performance tracking). Experience in B2B AI projects is a plus.
61 Strong understanding of business operations key metrics, with solid skills in requirement gathering business logic analysis.
61 Familiarity with AI technologies (e.g., ML, NLP, CV, NL2SQL) the full AI project lifecycle (data preparation, training, deployment). Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
61 Excellent cross-functional communication collaboration skills, with a proactive responsive attitude.
61 Strong analytical logical reasoning skills to extract insights support decision-making.
61 Experience in agile project management ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
61 Fluent in English, with strong written verbal communication skills.
