岗位描述：
Responsible fthe 2-site demsplit planning, JBDC_based demsupply process implementation optimization, inventory management to healthy level.
Planning tool excellence by integrating with ERP, Kinaxis/Maestro, Power BI.
岗位职责：
1. Implement the demsplit planning return planning, manageder supply flow between JBDC MFGs, ensure the on-time delivery to customerders conduct daily tracking
2. Have flexibility responsiveness on analyzing supply availability/shortage furgent request bigders
3. Analysis review inventory status effectively manage inventory to healthy level
4. Global inventory redistribution, excessive returns conversion process implementation, criticalders materials re-allocating across 2-site MFGs
5. Safety Stock setup, analysis, maintain the related planning parameters
6. Support NPI other company projects
7. Coordinate cross function to have well implementation fECO/RCO release
8. Work with global team to control EOL models components. Assist PLC management
9. Monitmanage to report demplanning inventory related KPIs
10. Planning process tool excellence by integrating with ERP, Kinaxis/Maestro, Power BI, etc.
11. Drive support cross-functional project process optimization.
12. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
任职要求：
1. Bacheldegree/diploma above
2. 5 years proven global supply chain work experience
3. Rich experience on ERP system planning tools incl. Power BI, Power Automate & SQL
4. Supply chain management knowledge skill, CPIM certification preferred
5. Excellent planning analysis skill
6. Preference fcandidates with big data machine learning experience (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
7. Competent communication skill in fluent English
