About the Role
As a Software Integration Engineer, you will be the technical cornerstone of our new Remote Device Management Platform. This is not just an engineering role; it is a strategic position requiring a deep understanding of how technical architecture (Cloud, Mobile, SDKs) interacts withganizational goals partner ecosystems.
You will lead contribute to the end-to-end delivery of our mobile apps modular SDKs, ensuring they are flexible enough fpartner customization while maintaining the stability required four strategies. You will act as the technical bridge between high-level business requirements execution, working closely with managers overseeing external development partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive technical direction fnative mobile applications using Kotlin Swift, ensuring high performance seamless UX.
• Design lead the development of modular SDKs that support Bluetooth (BLE) communication, device logging, IoT Hub client modules. Ensure the architecture supports "plug-and-play" customization fpartners without compromising core platform integrity.
• Lead manage the technical output of external solution providers. You will be responsible farchitecture reviews, code quality, ensuring their deliverables align with our long-term roadmap standards.
• Design implement (oversee) automation testing frameworks that validate the entire data journey, ensuring zero-loss telemetry from device to cloud.
• Collaborate on cloud services design REST/gRPC API to ensure a robust data flow from the physical device through the app to the cloud database.
• Act as the guardian of cybersecurity standards. Ensure all applications SDKs comply with Android iOS App Store requirements, data privacy laws, secure device-to-cloud handshakes.
• Contribute to data modeling, system integration, performance optimization flarge-scale device management.
Qualifications
• 8+ years’ experience with proven track record in building distributed, user-facing applications cloud-native services
• Expert proficiency in Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, similar frameworks stacks.
• Strong experience with .NET (C#) fbackend integration API development.
• Hands-on experience with Bluetooth (BT/BLE) communication protocols, firmware workflows (OTA), IoT Hub client integration.
• Demonstrated experience building external-facing SDKs Mobile Bridges that have been successfully integrated by third-party partners.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines the ability to build automated testing fcomplex, multi-hop data flows (Device -＞ App -＞ Cloud).
• Deep understanding of mobile security, OAuth, encryption at rest/transit, App Store compliance/review processes.
• Fluency in designing validating frontend UX flows integrating with complex cloud backends.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, specifically regarding device management telemetry ingestion.
• Experience working with external vendors distributed development teams.
• Strong communication problem-solving skills, able to collaborate across global, cross-disciplinary teams.

• Experience building integrating IoT device management platforms.
• Exposure to cross-platform companion apps.
• Successful track record integrating designing SaaS frameworks multi-tenant cloud systems.
• Strong design sensibility, able to translate business customer experience requirements clean, maintainable frontend solutions.
• Familiarity with end-to-end security, including API gateways, OAuth, best practices fsecuring data in hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience "gearing up" a team project in a short timeframe while maintaining high quality.
Expected Impact
