2、市场洞察与客户开发：敏锐把握市场动态、行业趋势，主动识别并开拓新客户/新渠道，持续扩大市场份额。
3、客户管理与关系维护：保持与重点客户的沟通与关系维护，参与重点客户签约及长期战略合作关系维护，确保客户满意度。
4、跨部门协作管理：与市场、产品、研发、生产等部门紧密协作，确保客户需求有效传递，制定产品解决方案并有效满足市场需求。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，专业不限。
2、饮料/食品/日化/包装等大型制造业五年以上销售/市场管理工作，担任过部门负责人，具备优秀的管理经验。
3、良好的逻辑思维能力与商业敏感度：洞察并理解客户/市场需求，精准把握市场机会和潜在风险，可基于数据做出理性分析与决策。
4、具备市场规划与拓展能力：独立制定市场进入策略，区域拓展计划和新业务增长点等工作，有成功开拓新市场/客户的经验。
5、英语口语流利，具备优秀的沟通协调与商务谈判能力，计划与执行能力强。
