【岗位职责】
1、负责大堂吧日常运营，制定并执行服务标准与流程，保障服务质量，营造高端舒适环境。
2、主导宾客服务，及时处理投诉与需求，维护宾客关系，提升满意度。
3、负责员工培训、排班及考核，搭建高效团队，提升员工专业能力。
4、参与菜单制定，监督出品品质与效率，控制食材损耗。
5、配合酒店营销计划，策划推广活动；把控采购、库存等成本，确保在预算内。
6、遵守酒店规章及行业法规，做好消防、卫生、设备维护等工作。
7、联动酒店各部门及供应商，保障信息通畅，助力完成经营目标。

【任职要求】
1、大专及以上，酒店管理、餐饮管理等相关专业优先。
2、3-5年五星级酒店大堂吧或高端场所管理经验，能独立带队。
3、具备饮品知识，熟悉服务流程，熟练使用办公及酒店管理系统。
4、沟通、服务意识强，有市场敏感度、营销及成本控制意识。
5、形象佳，责任心强，有领导力，能抗压；英语听说良好、持相关资格证者优先。
