工作职责：
1. 负责SST产品功率单元内部高频隔离变压器设计和其它功率级磁性器件的设计；
2. 根据电源拓扑和系统规格要求，独立完成高频变压器和功率电感的设计、计算、参数选型和仿真分析；
3. 确定磁芯材料、形状、尺寸，计算绕组匝数、线径、层数、绕制方式，评估趋肤效应和邻近效应的影响；
4. 使用专业软件（如 Ansys Maxwell、JMAG、PSPICE、Saber等）进行电磁场仿真和电路仿真，预测变压器性能（如损耗、漏感、温升、EMI等）；
5. 编写详细的设计文档，包括变压器规格书、制作工艺要求，对产品打样并进行测试和优化升级；
6. 与结构工程师和PCB Layout工程师协作，提供变压器在模块内空间布局及与PCB的连接建议，以优化EMI和热性能。
任职资格
1. 本科及以上学历，电力电子、电气工程、自动化、微电子等相关专业；
2. 具有三年以上高频变压器独立设计经验，熟悉开关电源各种拓扑结构；
3. 精通磁性材料（如铁氧体、金属粉芯、非晶/纳米晶）的特性和应用场景；
4. 熟练掌握变压器设计理论，深刻理解电磁感应、磁饱和、损耗机理等基本原理；
5. 具备使用至少一种电磁仿真或电路仿真软件的经验；
6. 能够熟练使用各种测试仪器进行变压器性能评估和故障诊断；
7. 了解安规标准（如UL, IEC, EN）、EMC/EMI设计知识及可靠性设计准则；
8. 有GaN、SiC等高频大功率（≥10KW）隔离变压器、高压中频隔离变压器设计经验者优先。
