Requirement:
1. Conduct regulatory compliance review fraw materials finished products.
2. Support regulatory compliance of import export of raw materials finished products.
3. Provide regulation interpretation non-compliance case analysis to support formula design label design.
4. Complete regulation scanning, horizon scanning, customer questionnaire, statement, other customer needs. Provide professional advice to customer enquiry. Proactively manage changes with potential impact to key customers.
5. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliance across product lifecycle.
6. Ensure compliance of manufacturing, labeling, product standard, statements, etc.
7. Support plant on manufacturing permit management on-site audit.
8. Keep close contact with industry association competent authority fregulation watch, monitoring, interpretation, etc.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree above, majoring in Food Science Technology, Food safety, Public Health other related subjects.
2. Over 5 years working experience in Regulatory Affairs in food manufacturing industry.
3. Experiences in QA/RD will be a plus.
4. Familiar with the knowledge of Food technology, regulation related local international regulations.
5. Proficient at identifying managing priorities, time management skills risk assessment.
6. Able to research regulations in multiple countries multiple categories.
7. Able to speak write in both English & Chinese, ability to influence cross functional team
8. Good teamwork, logical thinking responsible attitude.
