Responsibility:

1. Development of innovative new products the optimization of existing products within cost guidelines, customer specifications legal requirements.
2. Responsible fall assigned projects like Product development, Product Duplication, product maintenance Research work in support of Consumer Product Business.
3. Responsible freport writing, including statistical evaluation of data, accurately updating of formulation, ingredients, technology files while maintaining the security of the information.
4. Frequent interaction with suppliers, QA, Operations, Sales Planning/Scheduling during development commercialization activities.
5. Establish stable relationship with manufacturer /customers by following up & offering information material efficiently.
6. Use technical expertise to assist resolving problems in the operation, purchasing other department. Supervise, manage coach team member to improve technical expertise through training knowledge sharing.

Experience:
1. Minimum Bacheldegree of Science Food related discipline.
2. 3 years working experience in PD in dry products.
3. Strong technical skills, expertise in new product design/development, ability to integrate positively with others, customer-centric, demonstrated ability to deliver objectives within demanding timelines.
4. Good interpersonal communication skills (both written verbal) PC skills.
5. Strong ingredient processing knowledge as well as knowledge of laboratory analytical technique.
6. Better understanding/recognition on flav& market trends.
7. Strong sense of responsibility teamwork spirit.
