1、至少5年JAVA开发经验,代码风格良好，能独立完成复杂业务需求的设计开发，有架构设计经验；
2、熟练掌握Java语言,Springmvc,Springboot,Springcloud等开源框架,熟练使用 Spring、MyBatis 等框架，并具有良好的编码风格
3、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉Redis缓存、RabittMQ、Kafka等消息中间件和ElasticSearch搜索引擎机制，能对分布式常用技术进行合理应用，解决实际问题；
4、熟练掌握Linux常用工具和命令，熟悉JVM调优和问题诊断工具，能熟练使用工具定位和解决线上问题
5、有微服务开发经验，熟悉微服务化开发流程，基于Spring Boot、Spring Cloud & Alibaba有开发经验的优先；
6、有较强的sql编写和调优能力；
7、熟悉Neo4j、TuGraph等图库技术优先；
8、了解MBSE和iDME建模引擎的优先。
