Job Responsibilities：
1.Based on the demof customer(Nestle factories global wise) to provide services at speed of scouting, joint design, development enabling with suppliers after sales service meanwhile standardizing specification at optimal cost fproduction supply chain technical solutions.
2.Scope: Global automation solution hub.
3.Year-1 focus: validate 3 standard solutions from 40+ opportunity funnel.
4.Outputs: standard solution packages + global technical support + supplier capability uplift.
Position Dimensions：
1.Academic: Bacheldegree above in Automation/Electrical/Mechanical/Packaging engineering equivalent.
2.Engineering: strong equipment specification, system integration functional safety design; capable of standardization.
3.Project: participated/led design reviews, FAT/SAT industrialization fCAPEX projects.
4.Factory: hands-on troubleshooting CI; able to drive closure under pressure.
5.10+ years working experience is proposed.
