工作内容：
1、牵头软件组全面使用禅道系统，结合汽车嵌入式软件开发流程，优化项目管理流程，提升团队协作；
2、负责汽车嵌入式软件质量管理流程的建立与持续改进，严格落实软件开发规范执行，确保代码质量符合行业标准；
3、负责项目的QA（产品、过程审查）工作，监督项目过程，及时发现并分析项目过程中的潜在风险和问题，提出改进建议并推动解决，定期输出QA周报；
4、参与IATF16949内审工作，协助并参与三方质量体系审核，熟悉汽车行业质量管理体系标准；
5、负责项目级质量保证活动，严格跟进落实流程的执行，保证项目的流程符合汽车电子行业规范，确保项目交付质量；
6、负责软件变更管理和流程的执行，确保变更过程可控、可追溯，降低变更引入的风险。
